LODGE

The lodge was built in 1929. It then had 7 sleeping rooms on the second floor. The owner of the resort started building cabins in the early 30's. The cabins did have cooking facilities in them, but most of the people took their meals in the lodge. The lodge now has a 20' cocktail bar, pool table and arcade. The restaurant in the lodge serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.   In the morning we have omelets, breakfast croissants and fresh Belgium waffles.  Our lunch and dinner menu consists of  burgers, pizzas,  sandwiches  and appetizers.  Stop in and say hello the coffee is always on.

We have numerous hummingbirds here in the Summer that come to the feeders we put out on the Lodge. Youf can sit in Lodge at the Bar and watch them feed.

You can relax in the Lodge at the bar and have a cocktail or a delicious hand dipped cone or  milk shake. You can also kick back and enjoy a good book in front of the beautiful stone fireplace.  Play a little Texas Hold'em or a game of  cribbage with some friends.
