High Banks Resort is an authorized dealer of The Lodge Fish Houses. These Fish Houses are custom built, top of the line sleeper fish houses/RV's and Toy Haulers. They provide all the elements for the ultimate ice fishing experience!!

High Banks Resort is now in its' second year of having Lodge Fish Houses available for rent. We've sold our 2009 models and will have three brand new 2010 trailers - a Grand Lodge and an Ultimate Lodge will be available for rent winter 2010!! Also, if you are interested in purchasing one of The Lodge Fish Houses we will be happy to discuss all the options with you and have a customized trailer built to fit all your needs..

V-Nose

This option is on nearly every Lodge that is built. It offers more space, better versatility, and better tow ability. This option is highly recommended.

Flip Up Bunk with Mattress

This feature is designed to give you more room with sleeping options combined, they can be used flush to the wall or above dinettes.
For the fisherman these are great because they can be placed high enough to allow access to fishing holes during those night time hours.

Drop Down Door

This is one of the most popular accessories for those of you that have atv's or other toys. This is a RV rated toy hauler door making accessibility a cinch.

Dinette Set

This convertable dinette allows for a four person eating arrangement and converts to a comfortable bunk.

Items that you will need to bring are: Sleeping Bags, Pillows, Cooking Utensils, Bait & Tackle
Deposits equal to one nights rental are required within 7 days of making the reservation. All deposits are Non-refundable.
A damage deposit of $1200.00 will be charged at time of Check-in. This damage deposit will be held on a credit card. This will be refunded to you entirely if your unit is found to be in clean and undamaged condition. A walk-thru inspection will occur at the time of check-in and then another walk-thru inspection will occur at the time of check-out. If damages are found the $1200 will be charged to the credit card given at check-in.
If you find it necessary to cancel your reservations please contact us immediately. Cancellations must be made 3 weeks in advance or you will be responsible for full payment of your confirmed reservation period. However, if we are able to re-rent your unit for the same period of time, no further payment is necessary.
No Pets or smoking are permitted in these units. A $150 cleaning fee will be charged if found to be in violation of this rule.
